1962 Canadian Cent MD Or Doubled Die?

I know their are tons of MD on Canadians. This one is much more significant than others. What do you all think?

Because of he 'scraping' look I'd say it is MD

In all probability the result of MD, but it is similar to the die anomaly known as Die Trails

@Amberlarry22 The photo of the Double 962 in the guide I pasted looks exactly like the one you posted.

It is a well known (and documented) example of die deterioration doubling. You see the same phenomenon on the Canadian 1962 5c as well.
