1961 Nickel doubling

    I'm looking for opinions on a 1961 nickel doubling obverse and reverse

    Okay here's a 1969 s
    I found all those in 1 2 dollar nickel coin rolls so I didn't lose much on them

    And before I show you the 1967 and 2 1963's are they worh anything?

    Well I just posted on this value thread because I'm not used to this site but you're right I'm not trying to get a value estimate I'm just trying to get a feel of what constitutes a worthwhile error. Sorry

    Do you think it needs a paint job? We have a Earl Shieb in town I can get a 29.95 paint job

    IMO, FWIW, is you should make an attempt to identify the errors, then submit your question(s). Indicating what you think is doubled would be helpful. Use the sites others have provided links to and work through the process because it will save more of your time and in the end, you will be able to put aside questionable coins for further evaluation.

    Notice how the letters are so close to the rim and in some cases merge with the rim? That is Die deterioration doubling from the dies being overused and start to spread from the center out to the rim. Common on many coins. No value over the face value of the coin. IMO, Jim
