I really don't see anything but Pareidolia.. looks like lettering but it is not. Put better pictures and someone else look also.

4. Having people post coins on CT that want confirmation they are seeing extra letters in the fields of cents and they are not dropped letters.* ^^ Also true story. *Note to coin collectors. The mint does not prepare dies like that and thus does not strike coins like that. Look up dropped letters, because that error can and does exist.
