1961-D RPM 023 or 025?

I wonder if I have actually found my first error coin? If so then which RPM is it? I am leaning more towards the 025, as the mark inside the D is more like this RPM, although the "tail" seems to be more defined like the 023 RPM. I'm thinking along the line of stage B... What say you?

IMO, I don't think RPM's are errors since the mint did that intentionally.

    Thanks Inspector and Ransom...

Inspector, as I learn the terminology would a word such as anomaly be adequate?

    Again, thanks!

Some folks might call it an error. But, anomaly always works for me. They are fun to find with any terminology.
