1961-d jefferson (rainbow) nickel

    Rainbow Toned 1961 Denver! I've never seen another one like it! In fact, I haven't even seen one like this that I could
    even compare it to. With these colors it doesn't get any better
    than this. Trying to find one that's certified in mintstate with fullsteps would cost a fortune. When I came upon this for sale,
    I grabbed this Beauty and never looked back!

    That looks like it's in an NGC holder, what did they grade it?

    And' yes, it is Ngc Certified as a Mintstate-66 .

    Pretty nickel. The early 60's proof nickels are notorious for crazy toning. Haven't seen too many business strikes with ncie toning though.

    Looks prooflike.

    Strike leaves something to be desired, though, can't even discern a single step on there.
