    probably too brittle of dies from improper heat treating
    or too much compression strength, or both. lol

    As Claw says or cost savings measures as this date/MM is rife with chips, cracks and RPM's.

    Are those die cracks running both between the 1 and 9, and running down from the R in LIBERTY?
