I'd say, based on just looking at the mintmark without verifying any of the other diagnostics, this has a pretty darn good shot of being RPM-003. Compare it to the pics here: http://varietyvista.com/02b LC RPMs Vol 2/1960DRPM003.htm
im so new to this a second opinion and a little verification makes me feel better about 2 x 2ing it i didnt post the whole coin though thats my mistake. but it does match up . pretty cool
I agree on this one, I think you have a winner here!you ca use the varietyvista to check if it falls into one of the die stages using the marker pictures, to triple confirm it.
