This is related to an earlier thread https://www.cointalk.com/posts/3452102/
regarding the search through my hoard https://www.cointalk.com/posts/3452043/
    I just started searching a roll of mint 1960 P cents that I acquired in 1960. I fond at least 13 that seem to have come from the same die as they all have the same crack along the forehead. I am posting a few here as a start to this new adventure. 1960 P 1.jpg 1960 P 2.jpg 1960 P 3.jpg 1960 P 4.jpg 1960 P 5.jpg 1960 P 6.jpg 1960 P 7.jpg

It would have been cool if you had found additional specimens in which the crack became longer and larger.

I had a series of GA SQ's from a Mint bag in which a crack got longer along the base of Georgie's neck. It extended to the rim at about 7:00 and then to the rim at about 5:00. I had hoped that I might find a cud that formed from the break, but I never did.

I'm looking closer to my early mint rolls. I had that same thought. I have 3 1964 P with what looks like a crack along the hair line. I actually have several more, but these three have an additional feature. They have a spike coming from the chin. The spikes are in the same location but one appears to be getting larger. I am attaching them here but plan to do a little more study of them.

The coins are head then chin of same coin.
