    They both large date first one I thought would be easy but no luck 2nd one also no luck

    I can't attribute them but your second coin is def. an RPM. The first is hard to tell. The direction of the D of the first one does not seem to move outside of the right side of MM which is the direction it is moving inside. More inclined to think that one might be a die chip on the outside and partially filled inside D. Perhaps @Nolan Workman might be able to help more.

    The notched serifs usually means a rotated second punch.
