    There's quite a few variations of die chips (die breaks); enough to fill a blank album.

    There's also "fish hooks" or barb shaped die breaks. Ie fish hook 9. There are breaks on the outside of digits called "knees" IE Knee on 9 Knee on 6. Breaks on the side of the 1 in the date are called R dates.

    Looks like a coin that's tumbled around a washer or dryer.

    Cool die chip and yes that cent has seen some days being tumbled. Could've been a mall water fountain coin that got tumbled to be cleaned.
