I looked at all the links related to the 1960 pennies and compared them with this one and I guess this is one of the 1960's small over large date coins. Appreciate your opinions.
I would like your comments about:
    IN GOD WE TRUST,
    LIBERTY,
    The D mintmark,
    And the reverse too.

What do you mean by D/D?

D over D Repunched Mint Mark?
    I'm not seeing it.

It's just a normal worn cent.

Better photos with a a magnified date area may help, but all I see now is a regular large date 1960 cent.

After a little back and forth, I think it is more just a late stage die deterioration, but even on a large screen , I could not say definitely. @Insider , has probably seen many of these, and has a good eye. Jim

Yeah, I agree with Jim. Just a normal large date with circulation wear.
