If it is a s or Denver mint I believe it is a 1968. The relief is different on the 1969 I believe because the mint really designed the master hub. I'm sure someone will correct me but I think it was 1969.. lol
Anyone care to explain how that error could have happened? I don't see any way that that could have happened at the mint, but I am far from an error expert.
I'm thinking it was possibly double struck slightly rotated. Although that wouldn't explain the rim damage. I'm no expert either lol
