    The string used to be attached....believe it or not...I saved it...
    Look at the frays on the ends...neat you can see it on the coin like that. IMG_188.JPG IMG_189.JPG IMG_187.JPG IMG_182.JPG IMG_183.JPG IMG_184.JPG IMG_190.JPG IMG_185.JPG IMG_186.JPG just because.

    Congratulations on a really nice find. That would have to be awful scarce for you to also have the string that was struck thru by the die.

    the indentation is incredibly sharp. even with what looks like a frayed edge, i still think it could be from a wire as well. neat either way.
