1959 Franklin Half

I was wondering if I could get some opinions about this 1959 Franklin Half I have, on the reverse the E Pluribus Unum is doubled and has FBL. I guess i'm trying to figure out if the coin is worth sending off or would I be better off selling the coin as is? I would really appreciate any opinions or advice, thank you.

It looks like a proof. I see no doubling in the photos though. Not worth sending in to grade.

 

Thank you for responding and giving me your advice, still kinda new to this and can use all the help I can get.

 

As Bryan said, it is a proof. Wasn't extremely valuable before it obtained the scratches on the obverse a lot less so now.
