1959 Double Mint Sets ?

Has anyone ever heard about 1959 double mint sets? Were there any plans to release them? I saw one from a dealer years ago but that was something he put together. The question is did the U.S. Mint put any together?

Double mint sets were available from 1947 to 1958. 1959 was just offered as a single mint set and has continued as such up to the present.

Only if it has been manufactured using mint holders from prior years. It would be easy to do, but it was never issued.
