I guess you know about the existence of a paper trail for the SAC/Washington 25c mule. Do you have a link to this info.

BTW, They are posting about another probable "man-made" and "impossible" Mint error with only two copies known on another forum.

PS, I've been told there is a 1959 1c mule and the 1959-D 1c mule. Unfortunately, due to the passage of time, I don't recall the date/mint of the counterfeit I wrote about above. Obviously, that will determine if there are one or two examples. I'll bet there is only one - the 1959-D. If so, that would make the link above with the history of this coin very incomplete as I examined it BEFORE 1976.
