Mint marks in 1959 were handed punched onto the die.. They cannot be Doubled Die. Only Repunched Mint Mark.
Look at these 2 sites under the RPM tabs. It must match EXACTLY. www.doubleddie.com www.varietyvista.com Book mark these sites, especially if you're new to errors (and if you're not new to errors, why didn't you check them first? ). Wexler's Doubleddie site also has a good explanation of the minting and die making process. The more you know about that process, the less time you'll waste on damaged coins
