1958 P Franklin half toning in slab?

    I've a '55 that's toned like we found searching rolls and it's in mint state. I'm wondering if it's a crackout, now, from a slab. I've always wondered what that toning was from.

    At what point are the bell lines broken? I never even noticed until you guys said something.

    Here it even says pcgs forgives the top bell lines but ngc does not. Yet here we are... Screenshot_20201129-062641_Chrome.jpg
