    No Date means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint
    I can slightly see the VDB
    LIBERTY looks like Die Deterioration Doubling not Doubled Die.

    You Cent was struck with a worn die. IMHO

    Cleaned some too, looks like the washer and drier trick, the edge is rounded. circulation nicks. its very common date wheat cent, looks pretty good though.
