    No, I meant before sending the coin to NGC.
    I cannot believe bell side got a straight grade with this coloration shown in the PCGS holder, rim's cents.

    Yes, that is what the pictures show. It is that same coin from 1+ years ago.

    i sent it to ngc the same as when i got it.
    i only broke it out of the pcgs slab and
    sent it to ngc.

    65* is the correct grade for this above average coin. It is very attractive, and consistent with mint set toning.
