Explain what? I highly doubt he received 200$ at a pawn shop for this coin a mere 20 minutes after I questioned him about the doubling.
A bit worn and scratched. PCGS would call it scratched, plus questionable color.and maybe double dated, maybe not double strike. But that's only my opinion, and not entirely exactly what we would assume they would actually put on a coin holder if it were ever professionally graded & slabbed. They know the real mc-coys from knock-offs & otherwise altered coins.
Well I work at pawn shop and owner felt it was worth 200. I showed him your posts and if you ,offer 2k we'll split it, if not ebay here I come.
