I'm not seeing anything that makes me think Doubled die. Could you post an image of the whole coin? Welcome to CT. Lots of fun going on here.
This can happen in well circulated coins, but it is also a way to tell the difference between a worn die and a grease filled die when part of the devices are missing. Grease filled dies tend to have flatter and wider devices. At least so I have been told several times.
