1957 D LWC, Coin with many errors?

This is another I found in roll 2day. Many questions. Unlisted RPM, greaser on the O in ONE, chip on 7 and B? Thanks to all who reply.

Common issues on Wheat Cents caused by a worn die. I'm not seeing any RPM.

 

Looks like the D took a small hit but everything else is common on Wheat Cents.

 

I do see the chips on the 7 and the B, but pretty common in copper cents, so NAV IMHO.
