The date seems sharper than the LIBERTY and the portrait. Perhaps it was minted separately but a little shy on metal for the 7. The outline for the 7 is clear, which would not be true for a greaser. The top of the 7 almost looks normal and the tapers down to very little. A photograph with light directed to emphasize depth might give an answer. A simple, single desk lamp could highlight depth.

I believe the 7 on the last coin ( post 12) was physical contact from a coin counter or wrapping machine. You can see a discoloration smear going across it. That small amount of copper is easy to disfigure. so it would be PMD ( post mint damage).
