I found this coin and Im not sure what to think of it, I think I see some split seriffs on Liberty an there is defiantly something going on with the 5. Also on the reverse monticello seems to have some doubling as well but I think it may be DDD but im no expert so I would like some opinions.
On the last picture it seems like the 5 actually took a hit. The rest I say Die Deterioration Doubling... DDD
Now looking at it after giving my eyes a rest I believe you may be right @paddyman98. Was looking at coins all day and you can imagine anything after looking that long lol.
I see the hit in the top part of the 5 but what do you think caused the raised line going through the curved part of the 5 on through the pony tail? looking at in hand something just seems off but I'm not sure what.. Eyes playing tricks ? Lol I'll see if someone I know at the LCS sees what I see or if it's all in my head
