There is no such thing as an interior CUD. Both are just considered Die Chips. This is a true CUD which involves the edge of the coin
As far as your 1952 S filled 5, filled numbers and mint marks are pretty common on Lincoln cents. No added value.
Small die chips like those on your coin add no value to it. Can't make out the date but if it's 1942 S it's worth less than a dollar. (Doubt if you'd even get that). If it's the 52 S about 5 cents.
