I can't figure out the scam on none of these selling sites I just said it was not to bad for a cirlation coin you can see the letters and numbers what caught My eyes was more of the gap came in the date I didn't know that ever person on coin talk has something against 55 wheat Penny's I was not wanting no one to tell me that you have a very odd DDO 55 i all ready know this I'm just getting some ideas I break these coins down to there are nothing left to see. I just wanted ever body to know I didn't start yesterday I feel like I got talk to when I started 10 years ago I've been doing this for a long time I probably have ever key date and varieties and repunched mint mark on probably on every coin from cent two silver dollars hell I am afraid to put a nother Post out there every single guy that is on coin talk said something about that 55 I think there was one person saw the same thing I did the date All different than most 55 date. Lord I must have hundreds of 55 I give a lot away too a new person just wear they can start there on collection. I went just playing this day stopped at a station and got 12 rolls of cents I liked just a few key dates and got a few key dates to 1914d out of a place we're they sell smoking tobacco at I had 12 rolls on me I just stopped just to see what they would do did not Care one bit told them what I done these are a couple young girls they thought that was just the coolest thing ever I ended up with over 400 wheat Penny's never would have dreamed that in a million years I rolled up 4 more rolls they told me they had 4 left came home open one roll after another 45wheat Penny's in one roll I guess someone one just stop didn't want to do it anymore. But All jokes aside there ant no New people no more like coin talk same guys been on there for 30 to 40 still doing what they know trying to help people the best they can some get I believe just fun out of it I don't know I just try to give them what another man give me called a book you should not even be worried about the coin what so ever read man when you get tired of reading read some more and then you think you are ready for coins. Maybe for some people might catch right with it not this guy I read done research look what this even look like what I'm looking at you might tilt a coin see everything different about that coin that's the only bad thing about taking pictures for people to see what you see I always wondered how they not see it most people have got good over the years they need both sides of the coins that coin may have a crack on the reverse for them to no that the front is a doubled die obverse but some people just want to see both sides.
But I do appreciate all the people that said something about that 55 I've not seen that meany say something about a coin in years . And for a couple that made something about getting on these places to buy or sell coins what ever they do . I was not trying to sell the coin or thought I had a 50 thousands doallars coin I've been doing this so long there putting in rods in my back and my eyes sight is about gone I don't care how good you are if you got any time in this you lost your eyes sight and I don't care what lens you are looking through and ever picture that comes in you can see it there is no way I can't see everything on these guys coins they send out when I run into some young at this I will give them a name but these guys names no what there doing and a lot are own coin talk cause there are a few that still take this as a hobby besides taking the time to play I could have took up color books if I wanted to be funny or play remember and don't worry about me I've done my time I love my hobby I was hook right off the bat. I was a lucky one didn't really wanted to do this but I have a lot of people's collection I didn't let it pass me buy I was afraid some one else would just sold them. I've been doing this 10 years at least some time I will walk away from it for a couple days and go right back at it. The best part I've not sold one coin people been trying to buy my collection and then some money can't buy what I got I have a lot of long nights away from my family cause I had the best of the best coins to look at and I would stay up for days before I would go to bed I take my hobby very serious I don't play with it I don't joke about it and if I lead you to some guys I know know take heat on what there going to tell you they would not lead you the wrong Way there very serious about what they do can't beat them.
You were told that you have a normal 1955 cent and that is what you have. The only 1955 DDO that has value will look like this. I hope you can see the difference.
Thanks for the advice some how we got all mess up some were cause I want ever body to know man that I knew I didn't have such a coin like that. All it was is about the date that it seemed a little different one person out of 30 caught that everyone else trying to make me feel like I got the 55 DDO when I blinded man can see it I can not get over how many hits I have had about this crazy. In the date there are a little more separate in between the numbers. I must off looked at 50 off theme right quick and notice just a little bit of a separate in the date and one guy caught it and told me there probably ant much value with them like that that was all I wanted this coin made it to comedy live on a coin hobby list I was not trying to be funny I do a little comedy with my wife and kids some time. But right now it's about a date and there was something there nothing to brang about but I seen something I've not seen. I tell you what I will be the bigger guy if I said I got the 55 DDO I would said I got that if I did I made a bunch of people day so it's a win win.
Important to note, this is how many pennies were minted in 1955 Regular-strike 1955 Lincoln Cents are common. 330,580,000 were struck at the Philadelphia Mint, 563,257,500 at the Denver Mint, and 44,610,000 at the San Francisco Mint. That's a lot of 1955's. I have probably a total of between 150 and 200 of this specific year in my possession (all mints collectively).
