Small Die Break aka Die Chip as Sal mentioned. Common issue on many Wheats Cents. It may have a small premium if purchased by the right collector. $1 or $2 Everything else looks normal. FYI - A Cud formed by a Die Break always involves the rim and goes into the field. Some examples
