    PR 66 if spot below steps is proof shine u get from camera with lighting on proofs .nice toner too .
    If spot below steps is milk spot ??? Grade would be lower ..

    Proof+ photo are not easy. I thought that spot was feedback. I would still say PR66.

    Yes, they usually have a mirror-like background.
