1953 S penny - cud question

Would this be considered a CU-1C-1935S-03R from Cuds-on-Coins even though not as robust as the example on the site? Thanks.

Hey, it was late last night give a guy a break. At first, I had CUD-in-Coins. Now that would have gone over well!

 

I think yours is different than the one you indicated. The mint mark location of the one listed compared to your coin is different. Your MM is slightly lower. I didn't see a retained interior die break to match either.

 

Appreciate the info. I've found 2of these so far - both 1953 S.
