1953 P Wheat Cent: What kind of doubling is it? or PMD?

    The imperfection on the head is a bi-level die crack. It's one of many "cracked skull" Lincolns from the 1950s.

    I'd be more interested to know about the nearly missing 'IT' letters on the reverse ;)

    I own the twin brother to your Lincoln, though I don't recall any issue with the 3. Same skull cap and obverse.. Ya wanna get rid of it ???
