Hi Bradford - the position of the mm is the first thing I notice. When that doesn’t match then looking for makers is pointless. Using both will help you dial in on attribution.

Your pictures will need to be clearer than that to be able to see the mintmark... Take you phone camera, and go to manual settings. click on the button that changes the focus, and put the focus at the lowest setting. Then move your camera up or down to make the picture as clear as possible. Then either find something you can put it on that's the same height as where you were holding it, or hold it as steady as you can and take a picture. Then crop it. Also, zoom in on the date/mm as close as you can so you can see how it will turn out.

A clearer picture would help. The closeup you posted looks over pixelated and it’s making positioning harder to pinpoint. The VV image of the mm looks to be further south to me. Also rotating the image to make it level will help. I usually do that on my phone (along with cropping) before I send it to my laptop for final editing.

The reverse is too damaged to see markers. The photo comparison does not strengthen your case, colorization only adds to the confusion and conclusion, IMO. The latter photos of the MM are too blurry and poorly lighted (glare) to observe detail. Based upon this summary, I don't have an opinion. Thanks for the additional photos.
