1952 D LWC RPM west, Variety Vista RPM-003 or 017?

The mint mark placement doesn't really look like either the RPM -003 or the -017. The mint mark placement and slight rotation looks more like a different stage of RPM-016. But, there are not other pictures to compare to.

 

It is difficult to tell which it is. you are going to have to look for die markers on this one.

 

Sorry for the delay in response to your queries. The other pick up points on the coin, those areas are damaged, so all I had to go by was the relationship of the mint mark to the 9 and 5.
