    Nice obverse tone maybe extra fangs or holder marks .

    Toned is not damage a coin . Pcgs just got lazy if I had sent this in I would have been question Pcgs they stole a fee .

    Toning is not damage until it has gone too far - and then it is often considered damage. The toning on that coin is thick and black, unattractive, and has almost certainly deteriorated the surfaces underneath. I don't have a problem with their designation here.

    If Heritage or Stacks submission can be Black will toning . it would be graded..Stacks and Heritage are called Perferred client's
