P&G- that's a cool one! I love how the wheat ears look with all that extra empty space around them. PCGS called this one broadstruck, but it's more likely just slightly O/C. This is probably the only true broadstrike I own.
This is the only coin I have that shows any broadstruck effect. It is out of collar on the obverse and in collar on the reverse. Center Struck on type I planchet. I would like to have a nice broadstruck LWC like yours. They are an interesting study on how the metal flows when struck.
