To be some kind of clash, it must represent some or all of one of the devices from the other side of the coin. I don't see it. ~ Chris
A piece of medal gets into the coining chamber, other than from the host coin. The pair dies of working meet and the piece of medal clashes the two dies with its design transfer to the dies.
A counter clash is when the dies clash then clash again , this can make a coin look almost like a doubled die . This dime looks like it may have had something dry up on it and left some residue. It is hard to tell for sure from the pics.
A clash and a counterclash are two different things. You didn't mention counterclash in your first post. Regardless, I don't see either. ~ Chris
