    I just picked these two Roosevelt dimes up in the last week. The first one is an 1947 D the other an 1953 S. The poll only applies to the second image the 53 S. Since there are known varieties in this series that are OMM What's your take on the two images shown. I'm thinking an S/D on the 53 and an D/D possible an D/ horizontal D on the 47 . 47 D.jpg 53 S.jpg

    Nice one's paddy54. You know i do a lot of glue. But I'am thinking that bottom one is a s over s over d

    I think the top is a worn( damaged) mintmark punch and the bottom is MD.

    I don't think so Roosevelt Dimes mint marks have a lot of variety this S I have seen a Rpm before. 53 S-1.jpg
