    No took marks! No damage that would point down what did it so not that and only effected the L and all other letters are fine other than maybe some small scratches. Yes I know it's very far from mint and more than one coin apperosal said it's some kind of error but no idea how it happened

    Best Guess: Damage done by a coin rolling machine.
    A large full size image of both side would help.
