1946 LWC - Lamination error or PMD ?

    Is this a Lamination Error just PMD? This is the only pic I have to go by . The other side is normal . Thanks in advance !!:happy:

    Lamination. Not sure how PMD could cause that slight peeling/crack. just my opinion though.

    I wonder if that LAM would have peeled off and lost if it would have looked like post mint damage? HMMM one would wonder.
