Not mine. Sellers pics. I thought everyone would like to see a two face Lincoln. Lamination with retained copper. Did @JCro57 see this one yet?
Definitely a beautiful lamination coin . There are 12 pictures showing great details and the reverse side is in great shape. It’s still available and a great price! I will not bid or buy outright so if you’re interested! Check it out
Yes , I’m in a bit of a financial situation as well.I live in one of the most expensive cities in the world. Where my gas prices are 1.70 a litre! Almost a toonie,eh!
A gallon is 3.78541 liters. for $3.00 American A litre Canadian is $1.70 It works out to $6.29 for a gallon. Toonies are made in many designs . Some are quite nice here is a few examples..
Gas prices surely have gone up lately. Average is nearly $4 over here in northern CA. Have to be picky adding coins these days...
Thanks for sharing, @R_rabbit. Nice coin. Cool to see 2 Lincoln faces on same side. $6 a gallon is a big burden. BTW, I like the Canadian bi metal coins. Don’t know why the US didn’t try that on $1 coins.
Thank you R _rabbit !! I always said Lincoln was 2 faced and no one believed me! Now I have positive proof that he was!! Very Happy!
That coin is damaged. Under the "RU" in "TRUST" is a horizontal scratch, likely from sticking a sharp, pointed object to force the lamination flap backwards. I would not make an offer on it.
