All I see is a nice '41 woody and a ruined wheat cent.

    Be realistic, please.

As Merc said, the '41 is what is frequently called a woody. This was from an improper alloy mixture. The other one is just a heavily damaged coin.

Agreed. No idea what the arrow on #2 is pointing at.

I hate to be the one to have to explain this to you but the 1945 Lincoln is PMD (post mint damage) Someone damaged the coin and it isnt worth a premium at all in fact any value has been ruined.

    dpoolqueen,

As others have said, neither of these has any added premium. Keep the photos and the questions coming though! That's how we all learned. Also, keep looking and you will find some good stuff. :)

The crud caked on the surface of the '45 is creating an optical illusion that your eyes interpret as '45' and a 'D'.

I don't think there is a single person here who hasn't asked the experts only to find out what they had was worthless. The only way to ever learn is to sometimes feel stupid! You really shouldn't feel that way though. For instance, you knew that something was off about that "woody". That was a great observation. There are people out there, myself included, who collect woodies. If you want to see some great ones check out RLM's stuff here:

You're welcome. PM me anytime if you have questions but don't feel like asking in the forums. You really should post anything you find and have questions about here though. There are some great experts around here who don't mind sharing their knowledge. You'll occasionally get some rudeness by those who simply shouldn't post, but for the most part you'll learn a lot.

PMD. Post mint damage. Probably another parking lot coin.

Please don't feel stupid, it is how we learn. If you didn't ask you would have never known for sure correct? So, it wasn's stupid at all! As for that 1941 and 49, I love them. Lot of people collect what are called woodies, including me. They really arent worth anything more than face. That doesn't really matter though, if you like it keep it and try to find more, I have 5 or 10 really nice ones that I would never part with. You can find woodies on the internet too. Anyway, thanks for posting and keep doing it!

The last one looks like it could be struck on a tapered thin planchet.
