1945 S Jefferson Nickel - 4 over ?

    1945 S Jefferson Nickel. I can't tell if this is just damaged on the 4 & 5 or if there is something under the 4. The bottom right of the 4 is weird, and the rounded part of the 5 appears to be a little off, on the inside-top. Does the west side of the Y appear doubled as well? May just be shadow or tarnish.

    Appears to be die chips, no other number or letter would have that shape. Common, IMO,

    as above believe these guys are accurate die chip, not uncommon when minting 3-4million pieces
