Wexler and Variety vista only list the 1946 S as Inverted mint mark, Lincoln resource don't list any. It does look inverted in your pics

I do believe you picked the correct rpm,I didn't have time earlier to attribute. But I do believe it wasn't hit or squished , die chips perhasp, weren't 45's also made from spent shell casings? Must admit its odd...

What about this one? This looks quite a bit different than my other 45-s's...much more like the inverted 46-s's. Slightly different N/S orientation than the 46, and stronger punch in the S/SE area
