I could use some input on this coin. It is thinner than normal, weighs 2.8g, is not magnetic and is totally missing the word "Trust". I am including a picture with another 1945 for comparison. 1945_back.jpg 1945 comparison.jpg IMG_20210112_000419.jpg 1945_back.jpg 1945 comparison.jpg IMG_20210112_000419.jpg

Seriously , what you have is a "filled die error " . NAV ( no added value) .

I appreciate your input and trust your knowledge ;)
Thank you so much! It was the first I had found with a complete word missing.

Yea. It's not that much . There's always a slight deviation based on wear and Planchet thickness .

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

You'd be surprised how many newbies come here thinking that we don't know what one coin or another is supposed to look like.:woot::woot::woot::woot::woot:

Standard is 3.11g +/- 0.13g so 2.98g... and those standards are only 95% of the time.

So two-three coins per hundred COULD weigh below 2.98g and still be in spec.
