1944 S lincoln DDO

I just picked up an album on ebay for $39 and this beauty was in it. Upon closer inspection I found this doubling on the B. There is some on the E of WE but it's hard to photograph.

Thoughts? Any diagnostics?

Nice toning on that coin. In my opinion it looks like either a form of master die doubling or the letters got retouched on the die giving them a split appearing.

 

Could be something going on with that eyelid .
Need a closeup to tell .
