Leave the coins in the slab for protection. We'll break them out. PS When a TPGS makes an error, it needs to be corrected. That is not bad mouthing. AFAIK, every TPGS has a review process. When you have a dispute, THEY ARE THE ONLY FOLKS that can help you.
