1944 C Newfoundland cent

    I just obtained one of these that seems to be uncirculated and fairly bright red in color. I'm considering sending it off to be slabbed due to it having a fairly high value in uncirculated condition. My question is whether I'm better off with PCGS or NGC. Or, would it be better received if slabbed by a Canadian grading company.
