    Intreasting looks like a fined rim? i.d.k if thats spelled right but probably just damage/circulation wear e.t.c

    I would think die chatter, or MAD. I do not think its PMD, but also not really valuable. I have seen plenty and not an error collector. I would like to see a specialist respond. :)
