1943D DDO-003? D/D RPM? What do you'll think

The digit 3 has seperation showing slightly to moderately on the inner curve of the upper portion of the digit and at the vertex of the 2 curves meeting at the center point of the digit.</p><p><br /></p><p>According to CONECA a DDO-003 EDS doesn't show signs of die cracks on the lapel to the rim, or in the head area; this coin has none. It neither has a die chip on the east side of the VDB. </p><p><br /></p><p>I feel this coin would grade out at MS65 as there are no distracting marks, scraps, cuts, or any other things that would distract from its overall beauty and eye appeal. The reverse is in similar condition.
