Hi, can anyone tell me about this coin (In God We Trust-smudged) Eagle off-centered?

It is a worn circulated half dollar worth about $ 6.15 in silver content.
I really don't see any errors here.

Is one side of the rim larger than another side of the rim because that could be a MAD coin (misaligned die)

There does look to be a VERY slight difference in the thickness of the rim but it is not enough to be considered misaligned. Any MAD error worth keeping should be very obvious and noticeable. Hope that helps

Yes like if one side of it is wider that the other
